The apartment is privately managed. Please treat it carefully and respect neighbors, resort guests, and shared spaces.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed only after registration at the resort gate/security. Unregistered visitors should not enter the resort or apartment.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outside on the balcony or terrace.
Pets
Pets must be coordinated with the Reservation Office before arrival. Animals are not allowed inside the pool and must remain leashed during the stay.
Children
Children must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for children safety.
Furniture
Please do not take indoor furniture outside to the balcony, terrace, garden, pool, or beach.
Damage or breakage
Accidents can happen. Please report any damage or breakage to our team immediately.
Lost key or card
Lost key or lost beach access card replacement cost is USD 100, paid directly to our team.
Ground floor mosquito note
If you are staying on the ground floor, please keep the net door closed to help avoid mosquitoes.
