Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Arrival after 11:00 PM must be coordinated with Casa Sole before arrival.

Once you reach the reception hall, ask for Mr. Magdy. He will assist with the check-in process.
What our team provides
Our team will provide the apartment keys, beach access card, and Wi-Fi information.
Passport registration
In accordance with local government security requirements, an original passport copy is required for each guest. Passports may be collected briefly for approximately 10 minutes and returned immediately afterward.
Backup self check-in
If our representative cannot be reached immediately or check-in is delayed, please message Casa Sole and we will activate the alternative self check-in process.
